The Uniform Commercial Code

After Reading this, you may want to go do a new mini-web dealing with English Common Law, the basis of this country's Constitution, and the history and documents that led up to the creation of our now extinct Constitutional Republic.

The Uniform Commercial Code is anathema to to 1789 Constitution of the United States. It is Admiralty Law identical in it's nature to the Law of the Sea establishing a slave/master relationship between a ship's master and his crew. A Ship's Master under Admiralty Law is the supreme dictator on his vessel, as it is depicted in the Book and Motion Picture "Mutiny on the Bounty." Admiralty Law may indeed be operating under the color of law on this planet, but it is the embodiment of everything that is Evil about laws as crafted by men.

The reason why the American Founding Fathers did not establish the Rank of Admiral in the United States Navy was because of their hate of the British Admiralty. Instead, the rank of Commodore was established.

By citing the Uniform Commercial Code 1-207 (which is part of the U.C.C. and excludes whoever wishes to be excluded from it simply by citation of it in official documents) in this document we hereby stipulate that the Blue Lodge of Aniyunwiya reserves it's God-Given rights, and not any Civil Rights established by any Babylonian Laws or the Code of Hammurabi , from whence all law other than Constitutional Law, which was derived from Natural Law on this planet has its origins.
