Biblical 'End Time' Signs

A listing of 48 Old Testament end time signs that most people have never heard about. The Christian Bible scripture reference is given so the serious Bible student can refer to and read the passages that point to the end of the age as we know it today.

The day of God's correction is at hand. But, does anyone believe that we are in the End Times of the present man-controlled world? Let's take a look at some of the Bible teachings on this to see if we can compare them to what we read in newspapers and see on TV. Several years ago, we put together a list of some 48 End Time signs from the Old Testament of the Christian Bible. These signs are not the usual ones being taught by most of the bible teachers. They are obscure passages that spoke to us when we were studying the Old Testament prophets who spoke of these coming rough times.

Below, we are reproducing the list as originally drawn up with our brief comments beside each one. I hope that you will look up these scriptures and study them in order to understand where we are in the time frame of Bible history and today's unusual happenings.

Isaiah 2:6-9 Land full of idols - Worship the work of their own hands (job)

Now, if all we are teaching in our fellowships or denominational churches is a God of love, why did the same God talk so much in the Bible about the End Times? Recently, the Spirit of God impressed upon us to count the number of pages in the Bible that spoke about the END TIMES. We did this and found that it was approximately 23% of the Bible. The prophets from Isaiah to Malachi speak primarily about END TIMES in the Old Testament. In the New Testament, the books of Matthew 24-25, Mark 13, Luke 21 and II Peter are primarily devoted to teaching us about END TIMES. And also, the book of Revelation will scare the jockey shorts off of any man or woman who reads it seriously.

Why did God use up approximately 23% of the Bible to teach us about END TIMES? Why? -- The reason is that He is warning us. A good father always warns his children before he corrects them. The tribulation of the bible starts after the churches are warned in the book of Revelation 1-3. We are now in that warning period and the corrections of Revelation 4-21 must then come in order as prophesied by the ancient prophets.

Why is God getting ready to blow His stack? Why is smoke starting to come out of His ears and nose as His face puffs up, a fiery red color? What have we been doing that is so bad? We have only to look at the Old Testament book of Leviticus in Chapter 26 to get a pretty clear idea. Leviticus 26:1-46 teaches us the statutes, judgments and laws which God made between Him and his children in Mount Sinai. If God didn't like the bad things done by his children at that time, where and when did He change His mind? He didn't change -- He still is the same. What He didn't like then, He doesn't like today.
